This would be our first visit to the French isle of Martinique. One of our favourite ports of call throughout the entire cruise, I would love to come back to this charming destination.
Our primary focus was the “Jardin de Balata” (botanical gardens) via public transport. For 2€ each way, the public transit dropped us off right in front of the garden’s entrance. The gardens themselves was spectacular and we were so glad to do it on our own (vs. an excursion) as we could take our time and stroll at our own pace and timetable.
